The sensation of well-being that one feels at the Eremo comes from the delicate balance between nature and architecture, the presence of centuries-old trees, the use of traditional farming methods that exclude the use of herbicides, insecticides and indiscriminate exploitation of the soil, and the biodiversity of plants and flowers.
The Eremo is surrounded by a park of five hectares of land occupied mainly by organically cultivated olive groves, alternating with fruit trees and other plants typical of the Tuscan maquis. Our ambitious project includes the production of a fine oil and the preparation of DOC jams to accompany the tasty local cheeses of Lunigiana and Garfagnana.
